Read this before connecting a live account. You'll be asked to accept it again after logging in.
Trading forex, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Nothing on this site, including any demo results, live-account statistics, or the public proof-account stream, is a guarantee of future performance. Past performance — however it is presented — is not indicative of future results.
The EA trades automatically based on its own model and rules. Automated systems can behave unexpectedly during unusual market conditions, connectivity loss, or broker-side issues. You are responsible for monitoring your own account and server.
This EA is not designed around any specific prop-firm's rules. If you run it on a prop-firm evaluation or funded account, you do so entirely at your own risk — its behavior may breach your firm's drawdown, consistency, or strategy rules and could result in the loss of that account. We do not prevent you from connecting such an account, but we do not endorse or take responsibility for the outcome.
The EA runs on hardware you choose and control. Power cuts, restarts, sleep mode, Windows updates, a dropped connection, an oversold or shared VPS, a home PC or laptop, or a hosted MQL5 VPS can all interrupt the EA mid-cycle — and an interrupted cycle can leave positions open that nothing is managing. The specification we recommend, and the reasons for it, are published in full in the VPS & EA Setup Guide. Choosing to run below that specification, or on infrastructure that does not stay online 24/5, is your decision and the outcome is yours.
The EA ships with tested defaults. Its inputs are exposed so you can see what it does, not as an invitation to tune it. Changing lot sizing, risk, distances, filters or any other input produces a different strategy from the one we tested and from the one any published result is based on. If you change a setting, what runs on your account is no longer the EA we published, and its behaviour is not something we can be held to.
Do not close, modify or hedge positions the EA opened. It manages them as a single cycle, and removing one leg leaves the rest sized against levels that assumed it was there. The same applies to trading manually on the same account or running another EA alongside it — both change the balance, equity and margin the strategy is calculating against. Losses that follow interference of this kind fall outside our responsibility.
Spreads, commissions, slippage, execution speed, swap charges, leverage and stop levels are set by your broker, not by us, and they differ enormously between brokers. The EA refuses to run on anything other than gold on a 2-digit quote, but within that it cannot compensate for poor execution or unusually wide spreads. Choosing your broker and your account type — including cent, ECN and prop-firm accounts — is your decision.
So that the above is not read as a blanket disclaimer: we are responsible for keeping the licence service available, for the EA behaving as documented, and for billing you accurately on realized profit that our EA produced. We are not responsible for market outcomes, for your infrastructure, or for changes you make to either. If you believe the EA has a genuine defect, open a support ticket — we would far rather fix it than argue about it.
