Refund Policy

Last updated July 24, 2026

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature — this policy explains how we handle billing in that context.

Demo accounts

Demo accounts are free. No payment is ever taken, so no refund question arises.

Profit-share invoices

Each 2-day invoice covers a completed billing cycle — the EA has already run and generated the profit being billed. Once a cycle invoice is paid, it is final and non-refundable, the same way any completed service fee is.

Advance credit balance

Amounts you prepay beyond what a cycle currently owes become an advance credit balance. This balance is non-refundable, but it never expires and is automatically applied to your future cycles until used.

Referral payouts

Once a referral payout is marked paid and sent to your wallet address, it is final.

What is actually billed

Profit share is calculated only from closed trades the EA itself opened, identified by its own magic number, on the symbol it is running. Trades you place by hand, trades from any other software, and deposits or withdrawals are never counted and never billed. If a figure looks wrong, that is the first thing to check.

Billing errors and how to raise one

If you believe you were charged the wrong amount because of a technical error on our side (as opposed to a change of mind), open a support ticket within 14 days with your account number, the invoice, and your MT5 statement for that period. We reconcile it against our own records and audit log and correct genuine errors in full. This is a correction process, not a general right of cancellation.

If you disagree with the outcome

You may request a review within 30 days of our answer by replying on the same ticket. We re-examine the decision and give you a written answer with our reasoning. Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under the law of your country of residence.

Underpaid and overpaid deposits

Network fees mean the amount that arrives is sometimes not the amount you typed. We credit the amount actually received, so a small shortfall or surplus settles itself against your balance rather than needing a ticket.

Chargebacks

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed by a bank or wallet provider. All billing disputes go through Support, not a chargeback request. Raising a chargeback without contacting Support first is grounds for blocking the account under the Terms of Service.
